ANOTHER SHOOTING!!!

While Expo and TomAss were having a bitch slap paper fight, City of Miami cops were out on the streets bringing violence yet again to an African American neighborhood.

From WPLG 10

Family members said Witherspoon was walking to a corner store when he ran into a group of Miami police officers, traveling in a dark tinted SUV.

Witnesses said the officers came out with their guns drawn.

Miami police said the officers were responding to calls about shots fired in the area. When they arrived, officers saw Witherspoon with a gun.

After a confrontation, an officer shot and killed him, police said.

"We don’t know why he was out there with a hand gun in his hand. The officers supposedly identified themselves," said Miguel Exposito, City of Miami Police Chief.

Police are still investigating the shooting.

That's right Expo, we'll never know why he had a gun because your trigger happy cops KILLED THE MAN.

Still investigating the shooting?

What about the other five shootings?

What bullshit!

Another scumbag bites the dust. Wasn't it Tomasito who went on local news and said "We will meet violence with violence!" Yes, it was none other that the mayor of the city of Miami TOMAS REGALADO.

This is Mayor Regalado's hand picked Chief.Word has it that the Mayor was heard saying he doesn't give a shit about Blacks being killed because "we will meet violence with violence", but I will not have a fucking Chief that is more loyal to Sarnoff. Migoya is now gone and soon too will be Chief Exposito. Commissioner Sarnoff's ass is mine and will be reminded who is Mayor!

Your post is so absurd! "trigger happy cops." Really? You've been watching too much tv. Once an offender points a gun at you, you're done. You're not going home. I don't care why he pointed the gun at the police. All that matters is that he did and the officers went home to their families. Where is our society headed when we care more for the criminals than the police. You think crime is out of control now, wait and see what it's like when you can't get qualified individuals into a law enforcement career.

Shootings under Timoney were rare, and crime went down.

Shootings with Exposito are up, and so is crime.

That's what's abusurd!

I love how everyone who has a record and carries a gun in the hood is always such a nice guy and never hurt nobody. Yeah ok. These are the same guys who shoot down women and children just because they were trying to shoot one of their enemies. I have no sympathy for them.

No one is sympathetic to the "criminals," the problem is to follow rules and criminal justice laws, a problem that is all too prevalent in Miami under the Regalado administration, that is, to follow laws.

And again, no one is able to answer why it is that under Timoney, shootings and crime were down, while under Exposito, shootings and crime are up.

That is the problem here.

Why were SWAT police driving around in unmarked SUVs? Didn't their unmarked SUV's look like typical gangster vehicles? Were they supposed to be "bait" to attract shooters?

This is just so infuriating! First Mr Mayor, the community can't get any answers until the State Attorney Office closes the cases. You Mr Mayor know that all too well. Quit insinuating the police department is conspiring to cover up any wrong doing by the policemen when you know darn well the shootings were justified. You are deepening the divide between the police and the community. You don't care of the repercussions of your actions. You will attack the Chief at any cost including fanning the fires. It may just come to that, literally. Don't be surprised when we're all out there trying to put out the fires of a riot caused by your stupidity. Your job Mr Mayor is to bring this community together. So go ahead and cut your nose off to spite your face. I'll see you in a recall...

Did someone say recall?

Regalado cannot be recalled. Too many senior homes with all those absentee ballots. Indictment is possible.

Isn't this Regalado's handpicked Police Chief? I haven't heard him once own up to the responsibility he shares in all of this. Must be his great marketing skills that keep him from telling the truth.

That is a great point Anon 12:43, wasn't Regalado in such a hurry to can Timoney and bring in Exposito? And now that Exposito is a disaster, Regalado throws him under the bus. Where is the Herald and DeFede on this?

Why does the City of Miami Police Department refuse to release the results of the 4-5 shootings last year? What causes the delays?
Several shootings might be entirely justified but why are all the investigations so slow?

Swat doesn't drive around in black suv's with 26 inch rims and candy paint. Swat drives around in black suvs period. To suggest that swat baited this guy is ridiculous. Why is crime up? Well let's see, the economy is worse, unemployment is up, people are more desperate, that hood is violent to begin with, he wasn't a good person, in fact none of them were "good" people. The fact is that if a hoodlum points a gun at a gun he is getting shot down. What was swat doing in the streets? Doing their job. What was this guy doing in the streets? Shooting off his gun and buying or selling drugs most likely or robbing some people maybe. Why don't we ask commissioner Dunn to make a statement? Isin't that his district? That's because commissioner Dunn doesn't give a flying F*** about anyone but his pockets. He's a joke. And so is regalado and the rest of them.

Hey anon 13:37. All police shootings go before the State Attorneys Office for an inquest. Until the SAO concludes their investigation, no details can be released. Go ask Katherine Fernandez Rundle what's taking so long.

The facts are:

Under Timoney, shootings became very rare, crime went down.

Exposito is in charge a little over a year, 6 shootings, crime is up.

Why is Regalado not accountable?

Richard Dunn is the local commissioner. Silence from him. He is missing in action unless it is payday. He never misses a payday.

This is the worst Mayor, City Commission, and Administration in the history of the City of Miami.

Anonymous said...

Don't forget worst Chief of Police.

Criminals shooting criminals.
