REGALADO SPOTTED IN CORPORATE SUITE AT MIAMI HEAT GAME, PLANS TO IGNORE GOVERNOR RICK SCOTT IN MIAMI TOMORROW

*** *** *** EXCLUSIVE *** *** ***

For the man with a $5,000 personal worth who once famously claimed he was "too poor" to attend Marlins or Heat games, Mayor Regalado has done a sudden one-eighty degree turn and is hobnobbing with the rich he so famously decried.

Spotted tonight in a swanky corporate suite costing thousands of dollars at the Miami Heat's game against the New York Knicks, the Mayor brought along his posse consisting of family, Assistant City Manager Johnny Martinez, and the City's new PR man, Angel Zayon.

We look forward to the gift disclosure filed by the mayor and his staffers revealing the amount of the corporate largess that allowed the mayor and staffers to attend this top flight NBA game.

Meanwhile, we have also learned that the Mayor is planning to ignore tomorrow's visit of Florida Governor Elect Rick Scott to Miami's famous Domino Park.

Forget that the city is in deep financial straits and will soon need the help of the governor to clean it up, for Regalado, bullshit demagoguery has always mattered more than helping the city he supposedly serves.

Score:

Heat 1 - Scott 0

Regalado will not file any disclosures because then the media has a record of who paid for his tickets. And the ethics commissioner is too busy chasing tail rather than chasing down crooked politicians.

Mayor Regalado better hide from our new Governor because our new Governor will be the one to remove him from the Mayor's Seat for allowing the City to go broke. I can only pray that the new Governor understands that here in Miami laws and regulations don't apply to our politicals leaders and political debate has been restricted to Latin TV and Radio programs to elimate all but latin voters, for the past twenty or so years and look at where that has gotten us.

I bet you anything that in the next election we'll have 10% turnout, no one votes in this town and that's why we get idiots like Regalado in office.

Rick Scott needs to close the city down.

Mayor Corruptalado has acquired a different attitude ever since becoming the Mayor. He now has expensive taste with expensive friends. This man is a con artist and of the same mold as Manny Diaz.

If we're now looking to Rick Scott for salvation then we're really in trouble.

Rick Scott would happily watch the City of Miami go bankrupt. The unions being handed all the tax revenues by weak politicians is so predictable even Rick Scott can understand.

I always knew what I was getting with Manny Diaz, at least the guy was upfront. With Retardado, he talks a great game while being a lying sack of shit. I hate demagogues.

It's really obvious what's going to happen in 2011 in the City of Miami or rather to the employees and citizens. The city is going to make a ton of money with red light cameras tickets. Unsuspecting tourists, the whitless, and elderly will get hit with tickets more than anyone else. Any money earned will still be squandered by commissioner sarnoff on his personal self enrichment projects. The city will still find itself with a budget gap that will only have one solution and that is to take it out on the employees. I can see it now at the budget meeting, "We need the unions to cooperate again." But I say if the city doesn't have to uphold contracts they agreed to, then neither does the union. I think next time a strike should be done just like other cities have done. Let Regalado get on a rescue truck or a police car and go on emergency calls.
This commision and the mayor need to get their collective heads out of their asses and take a good look at themselves and their actions. Next time they make a huge deal like the Marlins Stadium, maybe they shouldn't give up huge profit making opportunities. Maybe assholes like Sarnoff shouldn't get useless and obnoxious traffic circles on his street on tax payer money. What ever happened to Nepotism? Doesn't Regalado have half of his family working in city government? What will commissioner Dung do this year to improve his delapidated district other than enrich Sarnoff's friends? You commissioner Dung should be ashamed of yourself for failing to help the people in most need. Not all the people of your district are hoodrats, delinquents, drug dealers, and murderers. No, some of them are decent hardworking people, elderly, and innocent children who get shot at or robbed with no choice. And what do you do mr Dung? Nothing at all.

City of Miami CFO demanded the City taxpayers contribute to the $3.5 Bil bailout of the Marlins. 3-4 commissioners agreed.

Miami Art Museum and Miami Science Museum, both broke, on schedule to get over $1 Bil from taxpayers.

Overtown Park West CRA spends over $2 Mil on pay and benefits. Hires novice employees at $100,000 per year or more. Zilch for taxpayers.

As long as there's politicians like sarnoff who choose to enrich themselves at the taxpayers expense there will be no improvement to the quality of life of the average citizen of the city of Miami.

A word of advise to these crooked bastards who think that OUR tax dollars are THEIR piggy banks to give contracts to their friends, lobbyists and contributors...

"2011 IS NOT GOING TO BE A VERY GOOD YEAR FOR YOU, I CAN ASSURE YOU" !!!

Why was toady Pieter Bockweg hired to run the CRA and given a 50% raise? CRA employee Bert Gonzalez puts locks on his office door? What is going on?

Is Tomas Regalado aware the Miami Heat has never paid a cent of rent to Miami-Dade County? Heat owner Micky Arison's company Carnival made $248 Million last quarter.

Taxpayers pay for AAA Arena so the Heat can play for free. Heat owner Micky Arison pockets the profits and sees his ranking in the Forbes 400 rise as Miami-Dade taxpayers pick up his expenses here in Miami.

Heat pay no rent.
