WHILE WE WAIT, MORE ON IDIOT ZAYON

Go read The Crespo Gram Report and the excellent story on City idiot Angel Zayon.

While we wait for someone at City Hall to get arrested and/or Veldora Arthur to be fired, we want to add our two cents on Zayon.

Let's ask two questions, both have the same answer:

1.  How does a "low watt" cable channel like CV Network get a channel number 15 spot on the Comcast Miami cable line up?

2.  Who controls Comcast's franchise agreement with the City of Miami?

You guessed it!

Zayon's "father,"  Mayor Regalado.

Dear Al Crespo,

Great work on reporting what the Herald won't. To continue to add to your reported story on the everlasting bickering between Angel Zayon and Mario Riquelme, I'm happy to report the new studio constructed at City Hall was illegally done. Tony Crapp, Jr., Johnny Martinez, Alice Bravo, Larry Spring, Diana Gomez, and Mirtha Dzeidzic knew that the City did not have the necessary funding to construct the Studio at City Hall, so they used ARRA-Federal Stimulus Dollars that CANNOT BE USED FOR THIS TYPE OF PROJECT.

Wow.
The City of Miami goes from one "village idiot" to another.
Does anyone think Regalado will wise up and hire intelligent experienced executives?

For him to hire "intelligent experienced executives" would require that he himself have some intelligence. It is disgusting the level of impunity that these scumbags get away with shit even after all their dirty laundry is published. Nothing happens except they get rewarded like that scumbag Ada Rojas. All city employees get paycuts and she gets two raises and a new take home car even after she gets arrested for harrasing a cop. Nice! Must be great to be connected.

What do Angel Zayon, Carlos Plasencia, and David Karsh have in common? Incompetent journalists who can not make it in the industry so they went on to suck a politicians dick to secure their jobs. Add cocksucker do your title.

Did anybody see the other politician cocksucker Pieter Bockweg make his CRAs presentation to the Miami Dade County Commission this past week. He was completely unprepared, provided inaccurate information, and unable to answer questions.

Pieter at least while your sucking Commissioner Sarnoff's dick you have Assistant City Attorney Ninoshka Reyes sucking yours.

Pieter, Pieter, Pieter,

I just can't help myself, but to write a letter to your beautiful blond-headed wife and share with her all the details, videos and pictures. I was next to her last week and she speaks German- I guess- quite eloquently.

I'm sorry, but I think I will be sending the very same letter, videos and pictures once a week. I'm also thinking of giving my valuable treasures to Al Crespo so he can post it on his webzine.

Al, are you willing to post it for your audience to see?

Take Back Miami are you willing to post it for your audience to see?

Angel, Will Plasencia, David Karsh, Bert Gonzalez, Pieter Bockweg... All failures in the private sector, all ripping off the taxpayers.

Daniel Rinker reports the City is facing a $28 Mil deficit
as of April 2011. Will Tony Crapp have the balls to fire 500 employees? Tony can't even fire an employee indicted for a $11 mil fraud.

He does not control the position of the stations! Where do you get this idea??? LOL!

Investigation Miami posted today!

I went boating within the last several days and came across this guy name Albert. He said that his wife works at the Miami Parking Authority. He insisted that the Miami Parking Authority is a complete financial mess because the CFO did not put his foot down. Art Noriega is going around saying the CFO allowed for the misspending and looking into replacing him.

Finally said...

The FEDS are investigating the City's C.F.O. and Finance Director!
FINALLY!

Regalado controls the Charter agreement with Comsast, he told them to put his friend's stations lower on the dial, do not be deceived...

In the last Miami City Commission, Agenda Item RE.7, Financial Advisory Services, was deferred. This procurement was requested by Diana Gomez, Finance Director and Larry Spring, Chief Financial Officer. So it was issued by the Procurment Department. I called the Buyer listed in the RFP, but Mr. Pablo Velez left the City, thus no longer working for the Purchasing Department.

All I wanted to ask Mr. Velez was the following questions: (1) Who gets the select the Evaluation Committee members?
(2) What kind of financial expertise does Carol Gardner, Manuel Vadillo, and Pablo Acosta possesses to allow them to sit on this panel?
(3) Does the City routinely allows for lobbyists (i.e. Pablo Acosta) to sit on their procurment panels?
(4) Could this be one of many reasons of Mr. Velez's departure from the City?

During the last Commission meeting the DisHonorable Mayor Corruptalado introduced M1 and M2 allowing for city employees who are currently in the DROP Program to take an incentive by separating from the City early in exchange for the City to pay for their Health Benefits for the next 5 years.

Thank god for Commissioner Carollo not trusting the numbers provided by the PFM Group. Yes, the same PFM Group hired by former City Manager Carlos Migoya who is good friend of Sergio Masvidal and his well-known family member Raul Masvidal, a former banker.

The numbers provided to the Commissioners did not contain long-term forecast, but just the benefits short-term. Only one problem, the short-term benefits did not contain all of the factors required to make an inform decision. For example, the factor of vacation payout and sick payout was not provided, or the fiscal impact of the early incentive program vs. no incentive program short-term and long-term, or even include projections on the cost of health benefits the City will have to pay (hint: there will be a cost increase) for these employees in the next 5 years.

Mr. Chief Financial Officer, Larry Spring and new Budget Director, Mirtha Dzeidzic are you mortgaging the City's future to continue to cover-up the City's financial shortfalls.

Current shortfall, what shortfall? Look at the Dishonorabe Mayor Corruptalado's Agenda Item-M3. Why does the City continue to waive fees? The City of Miami is one of the poorest city in the nation, but allows business to be conducted within at no cost to these businesses.

City losing $900,000 per week?

As usual, disgraced CFO Larry Spring lied to commissioners.

Balanced budget? Miami. Total joke.

Let Angel spin the projected $28 mil loss. A loss under Regalado's reign.
