FIVE QUESTIONS FOR TONY CRAPP JR.

Inspired by Al Crespo's excellent editorial in the Crespo Gram Report, and by the Mayor's Press Office editorial telling all the crazy kids to "cool it..."

Here are five questions for City Manager Tony Crapp, Jr.:

1.   Given the Mayor's open and constant criticism of the past administration for hiring and relying on too many "consultants..."

Why did you hire a "consultant" Mr. Paul Philip at $70,000 the U.S. Department of Justice or the Florida Department of Law Enforcement can conduct a patterns and policy review of the police department for free?

2.   If Chief Miguel Exposito does retire, will Mr. Philip remain in your employ?  If so, why?  If not, why not?

3.    What is the penalty for violating City of Miami APM 11-01 Media Relations Policy?

Both Chief Exposito and Major Alfredo Alvarez have appeared on Spanish language television to support their position.  Were they authorized to do so?  If not, will they be penalized?

What about Police Union President Armando Aguilera?  Does he need permission to speak to the press?  If not, why not?

4.     Can you explain why after several police shootings during the Summer of Violence, your former boss, Mayor Tomas Regalado "fully supported" the Police Chief, going so far as to say that "violence will be responded to with violence," but now the Mayor says the Chief must go?

What reasons has the Mayor articulated to you as to why Chief Exposito should resign or be fired?

And finally...

5.     So what's on the video Tony?  Is it you with another woman?  You with TWO women?  A kid? A billy goat?  What's on the video???

These are all questions that a seasoned reporter would demand answers to. Instead what we get from Chuck Rabin and the Herald is minimal effort, if any at all. Then they write editorials about how bad corruption is. If the press is not there to inform the people, how can the people hold politicians accountable? Rabin and the Herald are a discredit to free press everywhere.

What does it take for Chuck Rabin to slant a story?

Money-hhmmmmm,
Alcohol-perhaps,
Marijuana-possibly,
Cocaine-a little snort so you can physically & mentally slant your reporting.

CHUCK, YOU ARE NOTHING BUT WHITE TRAILER TRASH! I THINK TODAY, FRIDAY, IS THE COUNTY'S TRASH PICK-UP DAY. YOU SHOULD ROLL YOURSELF OUT TO THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY/MEDIAN FOR PICK-UP.

Take Back Miami,

Let start by asking Mr. Tony Crapp, Jr., how many women has he asked or have gone out with at City Hall?

I'm gathering the names already and will soon be posting it here!

Is the D2 Comish in the video?

The Mack Daddy Pimp is getting PAID almost $200,000 a year to screw around while he makes no decisions on anything. Sounds like the Regalado business model here.

Aguilar can make all the comments he wants to the press as long as he bad mouths Esposito

Interesting that today Johnny Martinez was named deputy City Manager. This is the same Johnny Martinez that Migoya and Sarnoff had promised would be the next City Manager. Look out Tony, bro, Johnny has a way of making sure those he perceives as possible nemesis are removed. If you are not looking over your shoulder you better start now.

P. Nis said...

Don't underestimate Mr Marinez.

Anonymous said...

Please, Johnny Martinez has utmost respect for the education and long resume of the most qualified city manager in the city's history, Mr. Tony Crapp Jr.

Martinez knows brilliance when he sees it and will treat Crapp with the professional courtesy Crapp deserves.

Just think, Crapp is SOOOOO smart, he worked for the best city commissioner in history, our beloved Mayor Tomas Regalado. Crapp also had an intensive 8 month training with former city manager Carlos Migoya.

Martinez should not underestimate Crapp.

Crapp is a genius. I wish I had a job making $200,000 where all I do is fuck all day.

Incompetence personified, welcome to the Regalado regime.

Thanks to MNU, Grace Solares, Elvis Cruz, Steve Hagen, Harry Emilio Gottlieb, the entire police and fire union, and the Armando Gutierrez/Steve Marin absentee ballot machine.

Thanks to you all!

Could it be that both Crapp and Regalado know nothing about FBI investigations?? and after Exposito sent the file to the FBI they fear the outcome so much that they hired an ex-agent to consult????

while making it look like its for the better of the department??

just asking

Tony Crapp having an affair or two? Highly unlikely. He is pudgy low IQ mushy guy who smokes. Hard to believe any woman would find him attractive.

Citizens are disappointed Regalado appointed such a dimwit.

Power is an aphrodisiac, if you are having sex with the boss, many great benefits come to you at the City of Miami.

Tony "from the closet" Crapp is just so unqualified. Former City Manager Carlos Migoya must feel like an idiot being replaced by a No-resume Low-IQ novice.

Question:

Mr. Crapp,
Is it true Miami is facing a $40 Mil deficit? Or is it $50 Mil?

Question:
What are you doing to stop the bleeding?

Tony Crapp Jr. said...

The same way I hired Paul Philip to help me with Exposito, I will hire another consultant to help me with the budget.

I am a people person.

Tony Crapp, Jr. says.....

I'm black and that makes me qualified. If you keep on asking questions I will have no choice, but to tell you that you are a racist or that my ancestors were enslaved and retribution is a must.

Larry are those the questions I need to ask?

The Honorable Tomas Regalado said...

I hired a black to be City Manager. I love black people.

Are whites in Miami in 2011 being forced to pay for the sins caused by slavery in the South in the 1800's?

Why are the taxpayers forced to pay a guy with no resume $197,000 per year? Because he's black, dumb and will do what he's told? That's the best answer?

Anonymous said...

Add to that Regalado can tell everyone how much he loves blacks. It's all about "image" and public relations for Regalado, he doesn;t give a shit about the City.

Anonymous said...

Ize gotten to be able to pick green paper instead of white cotten without qualifications and if you don't give me a high paying job, then I will collect my welfare and food stamp checks. Weeze been doing this for years because yuz white crackers have to pay for those slavery days.

Message to all my black people... turn to government to get yourself a job. It is just like collecting welfare and food stamp checks. You sit around doing nothing and every two weeks you collect a hefty check. Yuz do this for 20 years and then you get a rich retirement.

those racial coments should be removed, not need for that

Anonymous said...

Anonymous @ 11:50. I hope you came out and said the same thing when racial comments are said about Cubans and Cuban/Hispanic politicians. Almost every fucking blog has a racial comment about Cubans and yet nobody speaks out. So from me to you, FUCK YOU!

The Reverend Richard M. Dunn said...

Where is my check Master Regalado?

Anonymous said...

Sure beats food stamps. Dunn "if appointed I will not run" gets $104,000 per year with no requirement to show up. Dunn shows up 2 days a month, maybe. Praise the Lord.

Affirmative Action is alive and well at the City of Miami.

A Larry Spring getting $250,000? Please. He belongs in jail making 11 cents per hour. SEC listening?

Anonymous said...

11:50-

You think Tony Crapp was hired for his resume?
Right, he has no resume.

Smell the coffee...
