You clearly donot support Sarnoff - so why don't you meet Kate Callahan and write about her? Every vote for Kate is a protest vote against Sarnoff. And whether she is capable of overcomming the Sarnoff money machine or not - he needs to get the message.
There was another candidate running for the position, but she has disappeared.

Regalado better take that blog down because there are so many negative comments about his illegal dealings that sometimes its more eye opening to read those blogs than some of the information provided here-It hasn't worked Regalado-better stop now while your ahead and only 90% of your constituents think your a total a&#hole.
3. Exposito is still police chief because he seems like he is too tired to get is fat ass out of his desk chair-have you guys heard how slow he talks, moves, and thinks...he seems more like he is half asleep than he should be when he is only partially awake.
4. Tony isn't doing anything, but better nothing than do the illegal shit that Regalado wants him to do-Regalado did you give Marine Stadium away yet to your friend Manny Poch for free for another illegal school? City get ready, because Tony's replacement Johhny "I will give the city away if I can get ahead Mr Mayor just tell me how to lick your ass" Martinez and his idiot girlfriend Alice "Ugly Betty FDOT what do you need from the city and I will get it to you for free" Bravo...the city is going to be completely F'ed up very soon-might as well turn it over to the State now before its given away for free.
5. Marc Sarnoff is headed somewhere but more likely its to jail rather than a landside victory-now we hear that he is trying to bankrupt the CRA by giving benefits to his good friend Tibor "1814 Brickell Park" Hollo. Is he also going to use CRA monies to purchase his good friend's, fruitloop Skip Van "I wanna sell my crack whore neighborhood infested property to the City for $800,000 whaaa whaaaa" Cel?
Another day in this "Mango Republic" because we don't even deserve the term "Banana Republic" anymore.
I worked with Johnny Martinez at FDOT D6 and the man was a walking joke. He commanded no respect from the employees, the State would not even bother with him because they felt he was a complete idiot and was as useless as an ice cream cone in the desert. Alice was equally incompetent she would babble on and on about nothing, always late to meetings, probably in the hopes that the meeting was over by the time she got there, and when she was there she was as useless as a table leg just standing there with no purpose in life whatsoever. In addition the employee morale was so low that a roach had better self esteem than we did...if the city is in bad shape now just let these two morons start running the show-you will know what horrible expectations really are.
Regalado is a great mayor and all of you are losers.

Kate Callahan doesn't Impress me she just talks about her degrees, Donna Milo knocked on my door last week and she really impressed me. Seems to have real world experience that we need at city hall.
I will continue to monitor these candidates but for Now Milo's got my vote.

Johnny Martinez and Alice Bravo are both respected professionals in their field. I have never heard them referred to as incompetent. Short on character - yes - but not incompetent. As far as any "co-mingling" between Martinez and Bravo - they are both married - and unless u have some real evidence they are doing each other - I think it he better part of valor to refrain from such innuendo - it takes away from this blog's credibility ...

To "Grammar Girl" I didn't see an "innuendo" anywhere on these comments I saw them all straight to the point, if your dirty mind takes some of these comments to a place it shouldn't be then you have created your own innuendo...With that said I also worked with Johnny and the man was a complete moron always saying the wrong things providing enough ammunition for several lawsuits thanks to his stupid and useless comments and actions. The city is definitely headed for trouble if this man becomes a city manager. Does anyone find it a little odd that the city has been through 3 city managers (Hernandez, Migoya, Crapp) and now Johnny in less than two years?
