LEGISLATURE PREPARES TO KILL RED LIGHT CAMERAS, WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR $8 MILLION TONY?

A set of bills to repeal red light camera legislation are making their way through the state legislature.

But Tony, Larry, and Tomasito banked on $8 million from red light camera revenues to balance their budget.

Is there a plan B, or a plan C?

Of course not!

This is what happens when you turn over the reigns of a city to a man who made a career out of sitting behind a radio microphone accusing others of being a commie.

It's also what happens when greedy lobbyists like Gutierrez and Marin sell the city on bullshit revenue enhancers.

Time to start looking for ways to balance the budget Larry.  Maybe getting rid of all the take home cars is a good start.

But how will Ada and pals drive to tennis tournaments and other fun parties around town?

Plus, gas is EXPENSIVE these days!  Why should Ada and Pepe and you have to pay for gas when the city taxpayers can foot the bill?

Can higher taxes to fund the bureaucrat lifestyles of the rich and famous be far off???

Remember Carlos Magoya was the brought over by Sarnoff to be the City Manger that would save the City.
Sarnoff said that he was the best thing since slice bread (because Sarnoff invented slice bread) and that Carlos was great with numbers.
Well how are his numbers now?
Every projection was wrong and over inflated, the only ones who made out very well was his old bank who got $50,000,000. For the tunnel.
As long as Sarnoff and several others are in the City of Miami nothing is going to change.

Take Back Miami,

A very astute point that you have discerned that repealing the red light camera legislation will completely eliminate revenues generated by that program to the City of Miami. The State of Florida Legislature major concern is that the law is unconstitutional and every single penny collected on behalf of the state of Florida, municipalities, and Red Light Camera contractor[s] would have to be reimbursed to those individuals who paid such fees if a lawsuit or class action would to immerse.

Even a more poignant point despite the Florida Legislature's efforts is how much revenue has been collected for the months of January, Febraury, and March by the City of Miami? Mayor Regalado, Commissioners, Tony Crapp, Jr., Larry Spring, Johnny Martinez, Alice Bravo, Diana Gomez, and Mirtha Dzeidzic effectuated a revenue line item of $8 million dollars for this current budget year to balance the budget. I have information that only $200,000 have been collected up to now. Therefore, i have forecasted that the City of Miami will have a $7million hole to cover.

THUS, THE CITY OF MIAMI IS OFFICIALLY BANKRUPT!!!

Does anybody know whether there is any truth that Commissioner Carlos Gimenez used his political clout to push for Carlos Migoya to be interviewed by the Public Health Trust Committee for the Chief Executive Officer's job?

If so, then I will personally start a drive not to elect Carlos Gimenez for Miami-Dade Mayor! This will make him no different than all of these political sumbags!!!!

Sarnoff's little pee-pee gets somewhat firm whenever he breaths the same air air Migoya! And I don't liket it!

Sarnoff loves Migoya and Migoya Sarnoff because he was instrumental in working with Miami-Dade County Commissioner Carlos Gimenez to get Migoya an interview with Public Health Trust for the Chief Executive Officer's job.

Sarnoff's pee wee wee gets firm when he see Migoya driving those fancy sports cars. Migoya's pee wee wee gets hard when he sees Michelle Pina or Lynn Westall.

Has anybody seen the flick "Lynn does the Miami Fire Department"?

Wow, the lies are just amazing. Gimenez has nothing to do with Sarnoff, plain and simple, and whomever says different probably has the initials, AG... In fact, I don't think Gimenez has anything against Migoya, but, when asked, he said, on the record, that he believes the next President of Jackson should have HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE. Dan Ricker reported it in the Watchdog. And no, I am not talking about an Attorney General.

Hey Migoya .. stay away from Sarnoff!

You are correct. There is no love lost between Sarnoff and Gimenez. The person who has been pushing for Migoya is Joe Arriola who just got on the PHT and wants his little friend in the bosses seat. Gimenez might not be the most out going person, but he has been on the right side of every issue since he has been in office. A matter of fact alot of lobbyist are going against Gimenez because they know if he get's in he will try and put a stop to all this bull sh#t that has been happening here in the County.
That means Bye Bye Armando G.

Carlos Migoya and Larry Spring are dummies.
The budget is not balanced. It never was. Tony Crapp is showing himself to be worse than people expected. Nobody expected much either.

Joe Arriola is a little pussy who hides behind his $42 million dollar business he sold, but stole from his family. His little boy, Ricky, is Sarnoff's little toy!!!!

Gimenez has nothing to do with Migoya and jackson. Joe Martinez is the one lobbying very hard for Migoya to be the head of Jackson.

Carlos Gimenez thinks Sarnoff is corrupt.

With one financial scandal after another why doesn't Sarnoff demand disgraced CFO Larry Spring be fired?

Take home cars for the politicians and scumbags like Ada Rojas should have been eliminated when they gave employees (EXCEPT ADA ROJAS and other select employees) massive paycuts and increased insurance premiums. Why the hell, if the city was in such rough shape, do these people get to keep their take home cars and tax payer paid gas while everyone else (except Ada Rojas) took paycuts? Why? Because these so called leaders don't give a flying #$#$# about anything that really matters. They only care about what benefits them and their friends like dear Ada. Why do I knock Ada so much? Because when I do everything right by showing up to work and I get my pay cut but Ada gets arrested and gets a brand new take home car and two pay raises, that pisses me off. Where's the accountability and responsibility, transparency, and honesty Mr F*&(*&(&( Mayor Tomas Hijo de Puta Regalado? What kind of example are you setting when you say one thing at commission meetings and then go on spanish radio and say something else? You're a lying scumbag and you bank on the elderly spanish vote who listen to those spanish radio stations to get you in office.

Just wait until Raquelita Regalado takes over as mayor.

Anonymous said...

No mas. One Regalado is more than enough.

Anonymous said...

Regalado and his Administration are desperate to raise fees and taxes on any one they can. The City has too many employees making too much.

Anonymous said...

Regalado and the stooge Tony Crapp have no vision. They either refuse to take steps to help the City or they are just too ignorant.

Anonymous said...

They will take steps just like they did last year. Once again they will stand at the commission meeting and cry about payroll and blame the city employees for all the ills of the city. Meanwhile they get expensive trees planted in their streets, parks built across from their homes, ride around in free cars and gas, and go to all the free events they want. Meanwhile the people who do go to work are blamed for it all. They will just take the easy route again. Maybe this time when they cut pay again, they can give all employees a free ticket to a heat game as a consolation prize. How nice would that be?

Anonymous said...

Vast majority of employees are paid 150% to 200% more than comparable private sector jobs. That's why the City faces bankruptcy. Bad decisions by administrators and elected officials.

Anonymous said...

The commissioners who work 2 to 6 days a month and make $104,000 per year plus massive perks are a big part of the problem. Why should they get full pensions after only 7 years? Why don't commissioners contribute to their pensions?

Remember, 4 of 5 commissioners voted to give away the 40 acre Orange Bowl site and $3.2 BILLION to the Marlins. (Regalado voted no.)
