RAQUELITA: THE SIXTH COMMISSIONER

Raquelita Regalado has become the sixth City of Miami commissioner feeling it her right to attend meetings of the City of Miami and act as a co-participant with her father the mayor.

Here we see two recent examples where Raquelita attends a press conference where Mayor Regalado is calling for a census recount and at a meeting held yesterday where the City Commission opposes cuts in federal funding.

We are hard pressed to come up with any reasons why a school board member would care about either the census or cuts in community development block grant money other than she is running for mayor of Miami and using her father to insert herself into the business of the City of Miami commission.

Back in March we told you how Raquelita already has begun plans to run for mayor in 2013 when her dad steps aside and her recent behavior confirms our predictions.

With Raquelita positioned for 2013, and her brother waiting in the wings, it is time for people in Miami to realize what's going on, or we are all to suffer more Regalado ineptitude well into the next two decades.

Take Back Miami don't forget that Frank Carollo was very close to becoming Regalado's son-in-law. At every Regalado's press conference you can count on Frank Carollo to be by the Mayor's side. Don't be fooled by Frank's play of honesty and questioning. He is in Regalado's Office most of the time telling Regalado exactly how he will play and vote on each and every issue. Do you rememeber the old "Bad Cop vs. Good Cop" trick in the book. This is exactly what is going on here. Regalado can't afford to go toe to toe with Commissioner Sarnoff because Sarnoff knows too much so he uses good "Little Frankie" to perform his bad deeds.

  2. The city needs new leadership, not the recycled politicians of old like Regalado, Suarez, and Carollo. Are there no other people who want to change the way things are done here? I for one am tired of the same old shit.

  3. Due to no leadership and unquailflied people in almost every Key position in the City of Miami, it will be broke before Sept and of course they will blame it on the empolyees. Every Commissioner and the Mayor should be recalled if the City goes bankraupt. Tony Crapps does not have the back bone or ethics to do what must be done. starting off with firing Larry Springs. I guess trying to find positions in the City of Miami for his friends takes a lot of time.

  4. Regalado
    Gort
    Carollo
    Suarez
    Dunn

ALL names from the past, the same names that in the 90s caused the city to be bankrupt are at it again.

Sarnoff is the only "newcomer" on there, and we all know what a piece of shit he is.

  5. Hey this is great news! Does anyone know where I can send a campaign donation?

  6. We had great candidates running for District 3,4&5 but voters like to vote for name recognition and not the merits of the candidate, their involvement in the community or their knowledge. So you have Suarez, Dunn, Gort, and Carollo! We can all eat Carollo's cakes!

  7. Make all checks payable to Armando Gutierrez.

  8. Make all checks to Steve Marin to. This way both Armando Gutierrez and Steve Marin can pay people to vote a certain way.

Love that Twitter picture. Only hope that I could have done a sobriety test when taken so your ass would have landed behind bars.

  10. You can take Carollo, Regalado, Gort, Suarez and Dunn, put them all together in one heap and you wouldn't even come close to the filthiest politician ever to walk the halls at Pan Am Dr....

Yep, you guessed it,the one and only MARC DAVID SARNOFF.... excuse me Marc, I know how you get incensed when you're not addressed as THE COMMISSIONER.

Well get used to it dickhead, because you'll never be re-elected again!

I do not trust the administration's numbers. Larry Spring keeps me in the dark and should be fired.

    MAYOR REGALADO:

I love Larry Spring. I love black people. Larry is the best non CPA CPA in the world!

All of you must admit what a legacy Regalado has created by injecting himself and his children into local politics. I can just see little Tommy Regalado, Jr. being the executive producer of a feature film about his entire family entitled "Dumb, Dumber, and World's Dumbest Family".

Here is a portion of the movie script.

    Tommy Jr.- Daddy please concentrate.

Tomas Regalado- Do you want me to fuckus.

Raquelita Regalado-No daddy, that is what we are suppose to do to the City of Miami residents.

Jose- Daddy, when is it my turn to fuckus the little people?

    North Bay Village
    Mayor’s resignation sought

Some residents are seeking the ouster of the mayor after the property appraiser levied a more than $3,000 fine on her.

CORINA ESQUIJAROSA Mayor of the City of North Bay Village

    BY PAMELA DUQUE
    pduque@MiamiHerald.com
A group headed by a former city commissioner is seeking the resignation of North Bay Village Mayor Corina Esquijarosa after she was ordered this week to pay more than $3,000 in back taxes and penalities for falsely claiming a homestead exemption on a Miami condo she rented out.

City of Miami and is paid $58,085.

“Even if she didn’t understand what the term homestead means, she didn’t put down rental income on her financial disclosure,” Blake said. “If you do not put down the rental income, you’re deceiving the residents of the city you’re governing. There’s total deception, lack of integrity, total lying, and that’s not the kind of person, I think, most of our residents would want to run the city.”

Esquijarosa lists as her address as 1900 S. Treasure Dr., Apt. 8A. That unit is owned by a corporation based in Illinois. As mayor, she is required to live in North Bay Village.

Inspired by the recall of Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Alvarez and county commissioner Natacha Seijas, city resident Kevin Vericker recently formed North Bay Village Voice, a political action committee.

A special commission meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. April 27 at City Hall to address these issues.

  28. Does this woman Esquijarosa work at the City of Miami? Two pensions?

    ReplyDelete
  29. This woman cannot get any benefits including pension from North Bay Village. NBV is so corrupt and this woman is trying to uncover the problems. One apparent mistake and the past corrupt commissioners and upset loser opponen t are putting a scarlett letter on her. All the while, the vice mayor has been signing payment authorizations with direction from the city manager.
what about the previous mayor of this town? He owed and still owes hundreds of thousands in tax liens. Why wasn't he persecuted like this woman?

    ReplyDelete
  30. What does this have to do with the ultra corrupt miami commisioners?

    ReplyDelete
  31. The alleged corrupt NBV Mayor is a City of Miami employee. She has a $96,000 pay and benefit "package".
Another corrupt City employee like Veldora Arthur and the 11 CIP employees who were running a company from their City offices.

Add this Scammer to the list.

  33. Did Carollo finally get his suits hemmed so he doesn't look like an orangutan in an oversized suit?

  34. I think that with all the hoopla of the royal wedding, the Regalados are trying to convert Miami into a monarchy, as such the family dynasty will be able to remain in power for hundreds of generations of Regalados to come. Hey maybe Raquelita looks like a horse because of all the family inbreeding-royals are known to marry up with anyone closer than their first cousin.
