PHANTOM MAYOR IS GATEKEEPER TO CITY HALL

Sources tell TBM that a meeting with the Mayor can only be brokered through the Phantom Mayor Armando Gutierrez.

For a fee, the Phantom Mayor will arrange a meeting with mayor Regalado.

$10,000 for a meeting.

$25,000 for placing an item on the City Commission.

$50,000 if it passes.

City Hall is for sale, to the highest bidder.

More billboards anyone???

64 comments:

  1. I was told the same thing by someone who would know- although the price tag for passing an item is more variable. This is all happening with companies for which Gutierrez has NOT registered as a lobbyist. He did the same thing on a smaller scale when Regalado was commissioner.

City Hall is for sale without a doubt.

  2. Where is the Herald??? Chuck Rabin needs to retire and finally take a job with the City so he can at least get a pension.

  3. Democracy comes with a price, and it's paid to Armando Gutierrez! The Herald won't touch this because Armando represents them too! Gutierrez also represents Channel 41 which is where Angel Zayon was news director. Wake up people, the City is for sale and no one cares!

  5. Dear Al Crespo,

A person by the name of Meredith Nation has been transferred to the Purchasing Department to rig the bidding process. She is a strong ally of Commissioner Sarnoff. For the lasy year she has not shown up for work, but has been receiving a paycheck.

Now Al what is a ghost employee? For your answer check out Meredith Nation. She was on loan from CIP to the DDA, but was apparently transferred back last year by the DDA. Interesting enough she never went back to work for CIP and nobody at the City has seen Meredith for over a year, but Meredih has been receiving a paycheck from the City despite the fact that she does not have any vacation or sick time on the books.

So Al, a ghost empoyee is the equivalent of stealing money from the City. It is what you called in legal terms "Unjust Enrichment". Who is behind this latest scheme? Larry Spring and Kenneth Robertson.

Now did't Angel Gonzalez resigned his Commission seat to avoid jailtime for having a company give his daughter "A NO SHOW " job . So tell me how is it that Larry Spring gives Merdeith Nation "A NO SHOW" job for over a year and yet not a peep from the Miami Herald or the State Attorney's Office.

Katherine Fernandez-Rundle do you suffer from the same ailmenent as Chuck Rabin? Are you to busy sticking a bottle up your mouth and having Sarnoff's ad Regalado's hand up your ass.

  6. Armando Gutierrez controls Katherine Fernandez Rundle, only the feds can clean up Miami

  7. Michelle Spence-Jones was charging Armando Codina the same rates to place his item on the City Commission agenda, it cost him and his partner $12,500 each for a total of $25,000. Armando Gutierrez and Regalado needs to get the same treatment as the crook Spence-Jones, or better yet go back to CUBA!!

  8. Ex-DDA employee hired during a hiring freeze is no surprise. Peter Bockweig of the CRA is an incompetent yes man. CRA staff are looking to get the hell out and running to Tony Crapp for employment help. There's no hiring freeze. Honest employees will get fired or will have more salary cuts. The banana republic is alive.

  10. Armando, stop trying to confuse people by pointing fingers at others.

EVERYONE, including the feds, know that you have at least 50 clients that you represent at the city and only register for a handful. EVERYONE knows that you charge them money to get a meeting with the mayor.

You and Tomas have turned the clock back on the city and made this a banana republic all over again.

  11. Meredith Nation was an accounts payable clerk in the Capital Improvements Department making $64,000 per year. She would approve invoices for connected insiders. She was easy to con. Then she was moved to the useless DDA where with no development experience she was now paid $110,000 per year. She continues to be inexperienced. Then she disappeared. A no-show job? That needs investigating. Oh, by the way, she lives in Broward County.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Armando fails to register all the companies he extorts money from. Why doesn't City Clerk Priscilla Thompson demand he register all his "clients"?

    ReplyDelete
  13. Sarnoff stooge Pieter "Billboard" Bockweg is rewarded with a $185,000 pay package by Sarnoff for aggressively increasing billboards in Miami. No development experience? No problem. Let's get this stooge a car.

  14. Where is the City's Employee Relations Department in this? Is that corrupt bitch Joni Harris still around? I'm sure she's involved. Her father is a crook (i.e. Miami-Dade Schools stole expensive plumbings parts) and Joni herself was invoved in giving money away to black companies who never completed a project while she worked in Community Development.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Meredith Nation was involved in approving fictional invoices submitted by connected contractors. Larry Spring's fingerprints on this no-show job? Sarnoff?

    ReplyDelete
  16. Meredith Nation needs to get back on her meds her A.D.D. is out of sync again. When she is off the meds she is a time bomb ready to explode!!! She will be fired this year guaranteed!!!! Her poor kids!!!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Was she being paid for a no-show job?
    She disappeared from the DDA.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yes she was paid for a no-show job by Larry Spring and Diana Gomez. Payroll is under Finance.

    ReplyDelete
  19. All City employees are secretly coming together to go after the power couple of Larry Spring and Diana Gomez; and, Johnny Martinez and Alice Bravo. They are the great corruptors of the City.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Anon @ 8:12. I don't think Joni Harris acted alone here. Whatever happened to following policies and procedures in the City?

There is this other guy, bid fat, latino guy who roams the hall of the MRC thinking he's the shit because he is always talking the Larry Spring, Johnny Martinez, Diana Gomez, Alice Bravo, etc. He tailors job desciptions by changing minimum requirements and qualifications to match unqualified individuals wanting to be hired by Tony Crapp, Jr., Larry Spring, Diana Gomez, Johnny Martinez, Alice Bravo, Mayor Regalado, Commissioner Sarnoff, Commissioner Suarez, Commissioner Dunn, Commissioner Gort, and Commissioner Carollo.

THIS GUY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED! HE IS OUT OF CONTROL. I WORK IN EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND DOCUMENTING HIS AND JONI HARRIS'S MISDEEDS. ALSO, DON'T FORGET GREG ANDERSON. HE ALSO PLAYS A MAJOR ROLE HERE.

    ReplyDelete
  21. I forget to mention that the fat latino guy is Ricardo Martinez.

    ReplyDelete
  22. How long was Meredith Nation paid for a no-show job? How much was she paid?

She left her clerk job at CIP in 2008-2009. She was corrupt. Even Alice Bravo would not want her back at CIP.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Anon @ 10:36 she was paid over $120,000 within the last 12 months.

As for Alice Bravo not wanting Meredith Nation back at CIP, absolutely not true! She would want her back, but she would cast a big spotlight on her Department and feels the rigging process would be best served if she is placed in the Purchasing Department.

    ReplyDelete
  24. What is the common religion between Sarnoff, Meredth Nation, and Gary Fabrikant (Meredith's former boss in CIP) ???

So blacks take care of blacks, whites/whites, cubans/cubans ...and presbyterians/presbyterians ... Something like that anyway ... Mozzle toff !!

    ReplyDelete
  25. $120,000 for a clerk? For a no-show job? That must be at least several crimes.

Is the $120,000 no-show job payback for Meredith approving illegal invoices for campaign contributers back in 2005-2007?

Who is in charge at the City of Miami? Is everyone corrupt?

According to the Miami Herald and the State Attorney's Office a, no one is corrupt at the Miami-Dade School Board, Miami-Dade County , and the City of Miami, but plenty of corruption at the Broward County School Board, Broward County, and several Broward municipalities.

The Herald and the State Attorney seems to think there is not one smart person left in Miami-Dade.

Hey Chucky and Kathy, I'll buy you a couple of drinks to convince you otherwise.

Problem is that honest employees are the ones causing the budget problem according to Regalado. Welcome to a new kind of regime!!!!!!! Recall!!!!!!

    Dear Strawbuyer,

I'm not sure if you strarted to investigate Larry Spring after I posted the following blog under the piece entitled, "PHANTOM MAYOR IS GATEKEEPER TO CITY HALL.

Posting- Do you know that Larry Spring owns a condominium on Brickell and requested for Miami-Dade County not to list it on its Property Records Database. Do you know why? Because a major lobbyist/developer paid Larry for his misdeeds by selling him to condominium below market rate.

Now do you really believe that Larry paid anything for the Condo?

I'll bet you will find out that he owned the Condominium, which was supposedly purchased below market rate (Not! It was given to him by a Developer/Lobbyist) and he is trying to hide not only his ownership in the Condominium, but his filed Financial Disclosure Forms.

    POSTED IN THE STRAWBUYER!!!!

Anonymous for the readers' edification you posted your blog under the piece entitled, "PHANTOM MAYOR IS GATEKEEPER TO CITY HALL" in TAKE BACK MIAMI.

Now let me gather and analyze all the information reported by THE STRAWBUYER. Larry Spring purchased a home in 2004 for $150,000, must have given a down payment of $2,318, and recieved a mortgage for $147,682 from Peninsula Bank.

Around the middle of 2006 Mr. Spring refinances his home for $191,250 with another lender WMC Mortgage Corp. (not the orginal lender- Peninsula Bank), pays Peninsula the outstanding mortgage of $147,682. Then he pockets $41,250, which includes getting back his down payment of $2,318 and the difference of the old and new mortage of $38,932.

Before defaulting on his loan, he first uses the $41,250 as a down payment to purchase his Brickell Condominium and then abandons his 13321 Polk Street allowing for the financial institution, Deutsch Bank National, as Trustee, for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital Inc., Trust who took over the bad mortgage from WMC Mortgage Corp., to foreclose on his Polk Street home.

This is a classic case of Mortgage Fraud-Property Flipping Mortgage Scheme. Criminal intent to defraud can be proven with the facts herein:

    1. Mr. Spring intentionally refinanced his Polk Street home for $41,250;
    2. Used that money for a down payment to purchase his Brickell Condo;
    3. After purchasing the Condo, he purposely failed to pay his Polk Street home mortage;
    4. He mortgage flipped on the lending institutions with the intent not pay;
    5. Mr. Spring has the financial resources to have paid on multiple lending instruments.

MR. SPRING, I THINK YOU AND VELDORA ARTHUR MUST HAVE COLLABORATED IN THIS SCHEME. IF NOT THE ILLEGAL TRANSFERS, YOU WILL BE ARRESTED FOR MORTGAGE FRAUD!!!

    ReplyDelete
  60. THE NORTH OBSERVER7 March 2011 at 08:34

Definitely Mortgage Fraud! Peninsula Bank entered into receivership on June 25, 2010, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) was named Receiver. Peninsula Bank was based out of Englewood, Florida. Obviously, too many fraudulent/bad loans were issued by this financial institution.

Is the timeframe involving these Mortgage transactions between Veldora Arthur and Larry Spring coincidental?
