TONY: THE APM IS CLEAR, SO WHY IS SHE STILL HERE???

 *** *** *** *** UPDATE *** *** *** ***
More incredible reporting from The Straw Buyer.

$300,000 AND other jobs WHILE working for the City!

Tony isn't doing CRAPP!!!

***************************************************************************

"In the event an employee is under a criminal investigation, said employee shall be relieved of duty with pay until convicted or criminally charged, unless, as determined by the City Manager the arresting charges are significant enough to warrant the employee to be immediately relieved of duty without pay. Once charged criminally the employee shall be carried without pay."

Can you not read and understand your own APMs Tony?

Do you need a $70,000 consultant to tell you what to do?

The fact is that Ms. Arthur remains employed by the City and is making $300,000 from taxpayer money is an insult and an affront to the citizens of Miami!

Why is she still there? She must be blowing Mo AND Tony while the taxpayers are getting fucked!

  2. No respect for the taxpayers, none at all.

  3. Typical city of Miami. If you're a piece of shit you get to keep your job. If you are honest and want to do the right and LEGAL thing, you get fired.

Thank you Grace Solares! Thank you Elvis Cruz! Thank you Harry Gottlieb! Thank you for giving us a boatload of bananas!

  4. The APMs are not worth the paper they are written on, it shows clear favoritism from Crapp. This is pure racism, because she is black, Crapp protects her. Time to put an end to this.

  5. Hello Tony,

Arthur was indicted. Mortgage fraud. $11 mil fraud with possible more charges to come. She took cash and refused to pay her mortgage?

Think she is stealing from the City?

Fire her butt and take away her pay and benefits.

  6. Dear Disgusted Taxpayer:

I won't fire Ms. Arthur because she is black. If you don't like paying taxes to support her well deserved $300,000 compensation, then move.

    In closing, fuck you.

    Sincerely,

    Tony Crapp Jr.

  7. Dear Tony Crapp,

Thank you for your prompt response regarding indicted City employee Veldora Arthur. Can you comment on other overpaid useless blacks being paid by the struggling taxpayers? Larry Spring to start?

Not able to move just yet,

    Disgusted Taxpayer

  8. Let's add Basil Binns to that question.

    A different disgusted taxpayer

  9. Dear Disgusted Taxpayer:

I really don't care what you think.

You are just jealous that you have to work to make ends meet, while Larry, Basil, Veldora, and others, myself included, sit on our asses and do nothing.

I make more money than you. I get better health benefits than you. I get a pension and you don't. Hell, you even pay for my car and gas.

So like I said, if you don't like it, move.

And again, in case I didn't say it clearly enough, fuck you.

    Sincerely,

    Tony Crapp Jr.

  10. I'm sorry to say it but if it were a non-chief or non-african american, their ass would be out of a job already. The rule is clear about what should happen but I guess it doesn't matter.

  11. Add Keith Carswell, Priscilla Thompson and Koteles Alexander to the list. Shouldn't do-nothing Tony Crapp, Jr. be fired?

  12. Guys, this isn't a racial issue - this is about toadies, cronies, corruption, and well, a little pussy....

    ReplyDelete
  13. Guys, this is purely racial.

If it were a Cuban, then the comments would be about Cuban corruption. But because it's a black, we've come to expect this.

Either way, the taxpayers are getting fucked!

    ReplyDelete
  14. How in the world can we make this a racial issue when we have been discussing the removal of the police cheif, Regalado, Sarnoff, and the list goes on. Now you want to make an issue concerning racism.

    ReplyDelete
  15. What a bunch of assholes

  16. The Honorable Tomas Regalado24 February 2011 at 16:56

    I love the black people!

  17. This is about the corrupt and the corrupt who protect them.
Many of the corrupt are Cubans and many are black. Some of the corrupt are even just sleazy white trash.

    Taxpayers get screwed.

  18. I predict that the next time Sarnoff runs, he will win with 70% of the vote. That is why we have corruption, the politicians know they will get re-elected.

    ReplyDelete
  19. Sure.
Sarnoff collects campaign money from lobbyists he adores. He makes the taxpayers pay for his publicists and promotion material. He'd have to be an idiot to get less than 80% of vote.

South Florida voters often elect criminals.

  20. Just for your edification the Fire Chief Maurice Kemp can take affirmative steps against Veldora Arthur. So why is Veldora being employed because of Molicious.

If you want your voice to be heard by Chief Maurice Kemp about his decision on not suspending Veldora Arthur and questions about his relationship with her, send him a letter to his home address at 19351 NW 6TH ST PEMBROKE PINES FL 33029-3251.

  21. Fire Chief Kemp is another paper pushing fire employee who lives in Broward County? Do any fire employees even live in Miami?

    ReplyDelete
  22. Years ago when people were driving to other cities to seek better employment, no one every cried about it being wrong. If you live in Hialeah and there's a higher paying job in Homestead, you'd go there!

    ReplyDelete
  23. The problem is that the city firefighters and their rich pay and benefits have made it so expensive to live in Miami, it is hard to live there. So our police and firefighters get into their Miami taxpayer cars and go home Broward county every night. Oh, and we get to pay for the gas and car maintenance too!

    ReplyDelete
  24. So true.
Take Home Vehicles. Taxpayers pay for the vehicles, fuel and maintenance so $400,000 pay package City employees can ride in style, to guarded estates in Broward County. Paid for by taxpayers in Miami.

  25. biggest sob when she was the fire chief x asst.
and investigating other firemans.also look at all pixs, nothing but negroes around here. maybe we should rename the fire dept to the - CONGO FIRE DEPT.

  26. I have a great idea, instead of the failed idea of making money from the Red Light Program, the city should incorporate the Red Light District. The city already has a bunch of whores to include Exposito, Regalado and Crapp. Exposito who is known for his soft lady-like handshakes can massage the lolly-pop, while hunch-back Regalado puts it in his mouth. Crapp who is young, inexperienced and ambitious can take it as he is told. Guiterrez, the mayor's bitch, can collect the money.

    ReplyDelete
  27. City already has 24/7 drug club district. Clubs pay off Police to ignore crimes. Called Off-duty. Called Overtime. Steve Marin getting his slice of the action? Also called corruption.

  28. Add more strippers and hookers to NE 11th Street. Call it Sarnoff Walk? In honor of the expected Perp Walk.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Q. Why do strippers and hookers give discounts to lobbyists?

    A. Professional courtesy.
