So our police and firefighters get into their Miami taxpayer cars and go home Broward county every night. Oh, and we get to pay for the gas and car maintenance too!

I have a great idea, instead of the failed idea of making money from the Red Light Program, the city should incorporate the Red Light District. The city already has a bunch of whores to include Exposito, Regalado and Crapp. Exposito who is known for his soft lady-like handshakes can massage the lolly-pop, while hunch-back Regalado puts it in his mouth. Crapp who is young, inexperienced and ambitious can take it as he is told. Guiterrez, the mayor's bitch, can collect the money.
