This is the same reason why "Lebron James" is the Mayor Regalado's economic development strategy.
The same reason that really fat cat lobbyists can ram through no-bid contracts.
It's also the same reason that Sarnoff lackey Dutchboy Bockweg gets a $220,000 compensation package.
And the "Discussion related to demands that the city of Miami is making of the SEOPW and OMNI CRA's regarding funds that the city advanced on behalf of the CRA's."
Just an excuse to pay Sarnoff trio Bockweg / Karsh / Gonzalez more money.

Sarnoff will cry about how much more work the CRA staffers are doing and that they deserve more money. It's the same argument he and Dunn used to justify the salary increases earlier this year. Meanwhile they all drive off in BMWs. This is just pathetic.

The City has been stealing from the CRA since it was created. That is why the city was making the bond payments. To repay the city's theft of funds in the 90's. Check the records.

The Omni water project is to upgrade waterlines and if you take money from from the project fewer lines will be rebuilt.
CRAs are just slush funds for connected insiders.

Commissioners do your job. don't say I'm relying on the unqualified guy who was hired because of who his father knew. This is why the Commisioners get a salary, chauffer, and pension... Don't put it off on somenoe else.
Who votes on a budget they have never seen? Why didn't they deliver the agenda on time. This is Marlins stadium all over again.
