We've heard the Phantom Mayor is talking to the feds about his involvement in the gambling machine issue, spilling his guts to prevent jail time...

    Or could it possibly be that Armando "fat ass" Gutierrez is meeting with one of his other partner in crime, Hermando Echevarria.

    Don't forget Hermando Echevarria is another sleeze bag politician as he is a former Hialeah Councilman. How does a Hialeah Councilman become a millionaire?
