PHANTOM MAYOR AND THE RED LIGHT SCAMERAS

TOMAS, I WILL BRING THE CITY $8 MILLION
Pembroke Pines is losing money on its red light cameras.

And now a state senator has filed a bill to make the cameras illegal.

But in the City of Miami, "leaders" are still expecting $8 million in revenues.

Who brought these cameras to the City?

None other than the Phantom Mayor himself, Armando Gutierrez.

Hey Igwe...

Why don't you stop the little bullshit audits of public works and get to the real problems?

Tell us how the cameras were awarded to Armando Gutierrez' firm, how much is the City REALLY getting, and how much Armando and the Mayor get in the end.

  1. Miami Mayor Tomás Regalado called Igwe’s findings “very concerning.”

“It’s because of those comminglings and movement of funds that we’re still under investigation by the SEC [U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission],” Regalado said. “This year’s budget has a lot of shortfalls, but the numbers are right.”

  2. EXTRA EXTRA.....READ ALL ABOUT IT IN THE MIAMI HERALD!

ILLEGAL TRANSFER OF RESTRICTED STORMWATER FUNDS UNDER MAYOR REGALADO'S WATCH!

THE HERALD REPORTS THE AUDIT CONDUCTED BY THE CITY'S AUDITOR, BUT YET DOES NOT FOLLOW IT UP WITH ANY QUESTIONS TO THOSE INVOLVED, EXCEPT THE MAYOR.

    CHUCKY,

WHY DIDN'T YOU SPEAK WITH THE CITY MANAGER TONY CRAPP, JR ABOUT THE ILLEGAL TRANSFER?

THE TRANSFERS HAPPEN AGAIN EVEN AFTER THE SEC COMMENCED THEIR INVESTIGATION. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN AND WHY? WHY THE ARROGANCE AND COCKINESS?

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER LARRY SPRING AND FINANCE DIRECTOR DIANA GOMEZ REMAINS WITH THE ORGANIZATION?

WHERE WAS THE MAYOR AND THEN INCOMPETENT CITY MANAGER CARLOS MIGOYA WHEN THIS HAPPENED?

MAYOR REGALADO, YOU STATED THAT THE BUDGET IS CORRECT NOW, BUT SAID THAT 7 MONTHS AGO AND NOW THIS. YOU DON'T HAVE CLEAN HANDS ANY MORE. ARE YOU GOING TO NOW CLAIM THAT YOU WERE SET-UP?

IT APPEARS THAT MIRTHA DZEIDZIC WAS DEFENDING THE ILLEGAL TRANSFERS? IS IT BECAUSE SHE WAS INVOLVED IN THE TRANSFERS HERSELF? IS THIS WHY JENIFFER RAMIREZ IS NO LONGER WITH THE BUDGET DEPARTMENT? WHY IS JENIFFER RAMIREZ WORKING FOR LARRY SPRING AS AN ASSISTANT? WHAT HAPPEN TO YOUR USELESS, BUT EVER SO ACTIVE (SEXUALLY THAT IS WITH DIANNA GOMEZ) ASSISTANT BASILE BIN?

  6. What does Diana Gomez and Alice Bravo have in common?

Answer: They look like two bit whores chewing gum while presenting their items at City Commission. Not Lady Like at all.

P.S. - What some with your hair? Is that suppose to be hi-lites in your hair? With your $150,000 annual salary couldn't you afford to go to a hairdress/beauty salon that is not in the hood? Oye Nena, you have bad hair. Pasa or nat hair. Don't try to hide me negra!

  8. I submitted a public records request asking for the number of violations that were mailed in the month of January. Should be interesting to see how many tickets were handed out and we'll know how far short of that $8 million the city is.

I can tell you how much the Red Lights Camera have yieled in January? Approximately $15,000. But I'll let your public records request confirm it.

  10. I was speaking with an officer friend of mine and apparently they issued over 6,000 tickets in the first 5 days of operating. Unfortunately nearly 90% of them were dismissed. The infrastructure and staff to run this program cost more than we've taken in to date.

  11. I didn't know who Diana Gomez and Alice Bravo was, until they bent over, that is.

  12. Hey, maybe the City should convert the Red Light Camera Program into the Red Light District Program. It could possibly make a little more money? It could be placed in District 2, Coconut Grove Area.

Wait a minute, Mirtha Dzeidzic, Alice Bravo, Dianna Gomes, Jenniffer Ramirez, Julie Bru, etc.

Forget about it....your only clientele will be Johny Martinez, Larry Spring, Tony Crapp, Tomas Regalado, and Basile Bins.

NOT EVEN OF THE POSSIBLITY OF CONVERTING THE CITY INTO A WHORE HOUSE (WHICH THEY ALL DO EACH OTHER VERY WELL....KISS ASS, LICK ASS, BEND OVER, OPEN WIDE, SLEEP AROUND, SLEEP WITH AND DO EACH OTHER....MIAMI BITCHES!!!!) CAN SAVE THE CITY FROM BANKRUPTCY!

AFTER ALL THEY TREAT THE CITY'S MONEY IN THE SAME MANNER THEY TREAT THEIR BODY'S!

  13. Aside from Armando Gutierrez, wasn't Miguel De La Portilla and Carlos Gimenez, Jr. the other lobbyist behind the Red Light Cameras?

  14. Tony "I don't do and know" Crapp, Jr. are you like the predators of the Miami Police Department?

Word has it that you like to prey on vulnerable city employees. Exerting your power in that manner is similar to __ __ __ __?

  17. Commissioner Regalado:

I do not trust Larry Spring.

    Mayor Regalado:

    I love Larry Spring!

  18. City Budget is "smoke and mirrors". Mayor Regalado's city now losing $800,000 per week. Hiring freeze? What hiring freeze?

    ReplyDelete
  19. How about a purchasing freeze too?

    ReplyDelete
  20. As usual, liar CFO Larry Spring's budget is fiction. City needs to fire Spring and 499 other employees to balance the budget.

Tony Crapp enough of a leader? Or will Crapp recommend raising taxes, fees and fines again?

    ReplyDelete
  21. City losing $900,000 per week? Reserves gone?

  22. Like someone already stated change the Red Light Camera Program to the Red Light District Program. The city already has its whores and among the many, Regalado, Exposito and Crapp. Regalado is already hunched and can perform with his mouth. Exposito's gentel hands can prep the clients while Crapp is in the ready position and told what to do.

  23. Novice Crapp in over his head. Taxpayers screwed again.
