WE'RE GOING DOWN THE CRAPPER!!!!

It's starting!

The Herald reports this morning how Daddy Warbucks is already rearranging the chairs on the City of Miami Titanic sinking ship.

He's leaving, so he doesn't give a shit who he leaves behind, as long as he does his master Regalado's bidding.

And guess who the Deputy City Manager is?

None other than our good friend, the number one Tom Ass kisser himself.......

Tony Crapp Jr.

As we reported yesterday, Crapp's stellar resume makes him uniquely qualified to run a multi-million dollar organization and the State's signature city.

His vast experience dating back to the late 1990s, his lips permanently attached to TOM ASS.

And who replaces Tony?

Deputy Police Chief Luis Cabrera, another Tom ASS kisser, Godson to the Mayor, Campaign Chauffeur to the Mayor and Lobbyist Armando Gutierrez.

Cabrera was "a police department lieutenant in charge of employee relations before he was appointed to the deputy chief post" and will remain a police officer (maybe for the shiny gun and free car) and keep his over $160K a year salary.

Tom ASS kissing guaranties a quick ascension in the city pecking order.

And a quick descent for the City overall.

Qualifications?

To notch schooling?

Real world experience?

Who needs it!

Here's a lesson kids.

You want opportunity?

Leave Miami!

Or learn to feed Armando Gutierrez.

And learn to kiss Tom ASS...

  2. Mayor Regalado must be smoking "crapp".

How could Regalado think that two young men with relatively low IQ's, no private sector experience and little or no management experience help a City facing financial disaster?

Who will fight the unions? Who will talk to Wall Street lenders? Who will decide on a settlement with the SEC? Who will fire tarnished CFO Larry Spring? Who will make the needed decision to fire 400 employees? Who will reduce corruption? These two? No way Jose.

  3. To bad Take Back Miami is not in Spanish. If any group of citizens need to know what is really going on its the elderly Latins. I really think that if they were aware of whats really going on they also would join us in getting rid of these nickle and dime political whores that are bleeding us dry.
These Latin political whores seek out the elderly latin voters and once they get elected they raise taxes or as they call it additional services charges to pay for major projects that are not needed today but are their pet projects, just like our whore the Mayor of Miami Dade who got $50,000.00 for screwing all of us.

  4. Carlos Alvarez got $50,000 from the Marlins to help him stay Mayor longer. In 2008 Alvarez arranged for the Marlins to get $3.5 Billion from the taxpayers to build the Marlins a stadium and a garage.

In 2010 Alvarez gave $132 Mil in raises to police and other friends of his while he raised property taxes for 60% of Miami-Dade County taxpayers.

Alvarez raised taxes on 100% of taxpayers as they see increased fees and fines.

  5. Like father like son! Tony Crapp, Sr. has taugt Junior everything he knows. I believe the conversation went as follows:

TONY CRAPP SR- Now Junior I worked in the County for over 20 years and you know that the County is the biggest criminal enterprise in South Florida with different factions or gangs working for it. It has been agreed upon that each factions or gang territories will not be trampled on.

TONY CRAPP JR- Dad, who are the gang members?

SENIOR- Good question, son. They are Blacks, Hispanics and the Non-Minorities (i.e. Anglos and Jews). The territorial lines have been divided into districts and those districts are controlled by a HEAD MOBSTER/GANGSTER also known as a County Commissioner.

JUNIOR- What is your roll on all of this Dad?

SENIOR- To make things happen and then pretend not to know about it.

JUNIOR- Give me an example Dad!

SENIOR- I am responsible for the Housing Urban Development and Community Development funding and I funnel money back to those inidviduals who support the HEAD MOBSTER/GANGSTER Criminal Enterprise.

My son I have enrolled you in an International Accelerated Program so you can further understand the concept.

    JUNIOR- Where am I going?

    SENIOR- To school.

    JUNIOR- Where?

SENIOR- In Colombia. It is the best school for today's politicians and those working in the administration, but nevertheless politicians. YOU WILL BE ATTENDING THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL OF THE COLOMBIAN CARTEL! YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO LIE, CHEAT, STEAL, STAB PEOPLE IN THE BACK, FUNNEL MONEY, GET PEOPLE TO TRUST YOU TO GET INFORMATION OUT OF THEM, ETC.

When you graduate someday you will become either the City Manager of the City of Miami, a South Florida politician or work in the County. At the end of the day, son, your future looks bright.

  6. CITY OF MIAMI EMPLOYEE24 November 2010 at 10:57

Tony Crapp, Jr, Larry Spring and Basil Binns most productful day at the Office is when they meet together to discuss which female employee they would want to sleep with and use their power and influence to get them in bed.

  7. There is so much corruption in Miami. I suppose it was too optimistic to expect that Tomas Regalado and the commissioners would choose a new City Manager who could say Hell No to corruption?

  8. Tony is a nice guy. Unfortunately, he is not city manager material.

  10. Regalado has been such a disappointment...

  11. Everyone knew what we were getting with Regalado. He built an entire political career out of saying "no," accusing everyone of being a Communist, and making Armando Gutierrez a very rich man.

The election was decided by the elderly Cuban folks who listen to "Tomasito" on the radio, and the large influx of developer/lobbyist money that came in late when it was inevitable that poor Joe was going to lose.

Now we have him for another 3 years, God help us all!

  12. Anonymous @ 18:57 Tony Crapp, Jr. a nice guy! Please anybody who is associated with Tomas Regalado and his family are scumbags. Look at the picture with Tony Crapp, Jr. with his father. They both should be wearing prison suits. They are both thugs wearing suits or better yet each of them are cheeks and when put together they become one big Ass.

  13. Tony Crapp, Jr.? To run a $700 mil budget? That is the best Tomas can come up with?

Is Regalado scared to hire someone bright and experienced?

  14. This from TruthDies.org:

More Good News, I hear you can schedule a meeting with Marc Sarnoff through Wilbur Jackson to discuss your financial situation where you might qualify for the NEW and NON-ADVERTISED SPECIAL MEDICAL HARDSHIP FUND set up by the City of Miami Commission to offset newly incurred medical costs.

Per TruthDies (November 18th, 2010) there is a fund available of taxpayer money to give bonus money to connected overpaid employees and the conduit is Wilbur Jackson and Marc Sarnoff.
