  1. And thats without any cuts to their salaries. You see the only ones taking any kind of cuts are union employees. The kings of the mountain will continue to make more and more while the little peoples will make less. Not even the commissioners cut any parts of their benefits during this crisis.

  2. Let's see, countywide unemployment rate=14.4, but the Director of the CRA's is guaranteed a 9% pay increase year after year after year after year after year. Anything wrong with this picture Chairman Asshole?

  3. Mayor Regalado said it was "illegal" for the Commissioners to take a paycut.

  4. They signed the new $200,000 CRA director up for a course called "ABC's of CRAs." I am serious.

  7. Safrnoff is a liar20 September 2010 at 13:20

At the behest of Commissioner Liaroff the Miami Downtown Development Authority voted on Friday to pursue a market analysis on the viability of a conference facility in downtown Miami that might have a hotel component.

  8. Does anyone know how much Esther Balsera is making as the Education Liaison at City Hall. Yes she is the sister of a lobbiest and volunteered in Tomas' campaign before resigning her job at Miami-Dade Schools. The position was never advertised and was filled while others were being laid off.

  9. Didn't Regalado wan tto give Freddy Balsera $100,000 for some trailers to send to Haiti?

  12. Spring let that pesky cat out of the bag....20 September 2010 at 16:12

At today's CRA meeting Larry Spring has been pulling records for the initial bonding requirements of Sarnoff's slush fund, when Sarnoff asked where the records were coming from he said "Iron Mountain" that they had settled the money issue with them weeks ago. At that point Sarnoff turned a strange shade of grey, why we ask, because the fact that all his records according to Guadix are at "Iron Mountain" and they can't get to them. True Gaudix and Spring are 'Sarnoff Style' liars, but in this case one of them must be telling the truth. Hunch it might be Spring this time.
Hey Al, did you every get those records from Guadix now that the records are obtainable?

  14. A big shout out to Commissioners Carollo and Gort! We heard they were not going to stand for the ridiculous compensation package which was tantamount to tipping the toady Bockweg for bowing to Sarnoff's every wish. 15. To Al Crespo and Spring Let that Pesky Cat out of the bag,

The Iron Mountain ordeal was settled close to four weeks ago. Sergio is a f-cking liar. Call Warren Bittner or Henry Hunnefield, Assistant City Attorneys, working on the settlement if you would like to confirm.

  16. Al,

I saw your letter on the Crespo Gram Report. You are absolutely on point. The Special Investigation Section (SIS) of the Miami Police Department are assisting Mayor Corruptalado and Commissioner Liaroff on trying to track down the people reporting their misdeeds. The City Manager has also engaged himself in such activities. Thus, I'm not sure whether you will receive any response from the City, except denial of such.

    Sincerely,

    Members of the MPD

  17. Members of the MPD, not to worry. Al Crespo will get a response for the City. They won't ignore Al. Standby....Liaroff is going down!

  21. Has Liaroff been charged with mortgage fraud yet?

  22. David Karsh would have been the Downtown Development Authority Mouthpiece if Sarnoff had his way. He actually wanted the DDA to hire this "one man show" hack. When they wouldn't, he had no other alternatives but to tell Bockweig to hire Mr. Karsh at CRA.

  23. @ 4:30,

How do you expect anyone in law enforcement to investigate the allegations of mortgage fraud against Sarnoff when the very Detectives charged with doing so don't even know what mortgage fraud is?  Not only can't they tell you what mortgage fraud is, they can't even grasp the fundamental aspects of real estate!!  That performance is from none other than a lead detective in the Miami Dade County Mortgage Fraud Task Force, the same detective who went on to get a commendation for his idiocy as evidenced in those depositions.

  24. Didn't Harry Gottlieb, the Miami's Film Ambassador, also get a commendation for his idiocy?

    ReplyDelete
  25. What did Gottlieb get a commendation for, and who gave it to him?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Al:

I think it was either a commendation for being a great butt boy or maybe a great butt kisser? After observing him yesterday at the CRA meeting it might be for being a good butt kisser. Jeez, did you see him up the Mayor's butt?
