Maybe $70,000 per year consultant ex-FBI employee Philip will report that there are too many criminals in Rev. Dunn's district. Maybe Philip will recommend a zero tolerance policy against illegal guns?
How can Mr. Phillips investigate without being bias, when he was the one who actually trained the wolf pack. Thats right, he trained those predators .

The CRA is just a slush fund.
