One of the dirtiest politicians to ever sit on the dias, she was known as Michelle Pay to Play. Regardless the state couldn't find real evidence against her so they had to resort to coercing witnesses and eliciting false testimony to bring her down.
This not guilty verdict has nothing to do with her guilt or innocence and is nothing more than the result of the prosecutions malfeasance.

Spence jones was suspended the day she was elected. Dunn was elected to fill her term while she was suspended. If she is no longer suspended then she returns to office to finish off her remaining term which is about 2years and 8 months. As to who pays her legal fees since she was found not guilty the City would have to pay and pay her the salary of commissioner for the suspended period.
She was suspended by the governor not the city.Perhaps she needs to ask Tricky Rick for her back pay.

If anyone wanted to RECALL Kathy Fernandez Rundle, after this complete failure, and the general sentiment, there has never been a better time. Does anyone know if the State even allows RECALLs for State Attorney?
Here's the real deal. If you've got $1 million and a "face" that the news media will promote as a champion of the people, anyone in county government can probably be recalled, including Rundle.
At the city level, you'll probably need $300-400 thousand, and again, either a face, or perhaps in Sarnoff's case, a growing base of anger, you can get a recall. Other than that, you're just talking shit.
