Hey Mayor's Press Office,
How long have you had the phone records now?
Where is the story?
We all know that you wouldn't publish the Carollo accusations, so what are you waiting for?
Our inside sources tell us you are looking to exonerate the Mayor...
"Phone records show Mayor did not attempt to stop raid on gambling machines..."
Typical bullshit.
We all know you are in the tank for the Mayor.
Tell the people the truth...
Starting with the involvement of Armando Gutierrez, the Phantom Mayor, in all City dealings...

Of course the Herald is going to make excuses for the Mayor, that's what they do!
The phone records ordeal is nothing more than Regalado's attempt of deceiving the public and the Miami Herald from the truth. The voluntary records submitted have been altered by deleting his so-called personal calls by non other than the City Attorney, Julie Bru. She, like the rest of the city employees are trying to hold on to their jobs and not go against the corruptor. The deleted calls are the incriminating calls that will lead to a criminal investigation. The Miami Herald's reputation is slowly losing its credibility. It is time the Miami Herald dig further and uncover the truth.
Call? What calls?
Rabin wrote ANOTHER bad article about the police and Exposito and continues to ignore the accusations against Regalado.
The taxpayers pay for Tomas Regalado's phones. He is paid by the taxpayers? Why doesn't he provide all his phone logs?
The Herald exonerating Mayor Corruptalado? Why should they? Oh, because they have over $100 million reasons to do so.
This shit can't continue anymore! I'm looking for donations to start posting information on billboards to post information about the corruption taking place in the City of Miami (which includes the Herald's refusal to report the truth).
Any takers?
Billboards are disgusting. "Shit on a stick." Billboards make neighborhoods look blighted and low class. We should never encourage them.
Check out Sarnoff and the Coconut Grove BID. They love billboards - especially when they put money in the pockets of their friends.
Taxpayers also pay for Julie Bru to come up with bullshit excuses as to why Regalado should not show his phone logs.
What better way to get the message out about the corruption in the City by using the very same medium Commissioner Liaroff have lined up his pocket with.
I donate $500.00 to get the message out. Who do I give it to? Al Crespo?
The Mayor and the commissioners take money from
Billboard companies. Think the money buys the billboard companies Yes votes?

Tomas Regalado is the most honest, accountable, and transparent Mayor in the history of Miami.
Armando Gutierrez is an honest, hard working businessman who is looking out for the interests of his clients.
Both men are upstanding citizens.
Almost 2 months have passed by since the inception of the City of Miami Red Light Program.
Question: What has been the revenue generated by the program? Is it projected to meet the $8 million dollars projected in the budget? If not, what is the true projected amount? When is this going to be adjusted in the Budget.
As background material, the City of Ft. Lauderdale budgeted $3 million dollars and the numbers are now projecting anticipated revenues of $500,000 for this fiscal year. The City of Pembroke Pines has generated $83,000, but have expended $89,000. They are at a deficit.
City of Miami would you like to share your numbers? Or is Larry Spring, Diana Gomez, and Mirtha Dzeidzic too busy having their threesome!
Anonymous @ 10:19. Diana Gomez is also sleeping with Basile Bins.
Well obiously the sleeping around is costing the City and its residents because the City will be counting on its reserves to get through this year.
Folks, this is no joke! The City of Miami is in a similar financial condition as the Public Health Trust. By the end of April, they will be declaring that they are OFFICIALLY BANKRUPT!

Red Light Cameras: Not The Promised Cash Cow

PEMBROKE PINES (CBS4) – Pembroke Pines city leaders have found out that red light cameras set up at four intersections throughout the city aren’t the cash cow they originally thought they would be.
From July 2010 to January 2011, more than 15-hundred tickets were issued generating just over $76-thousand, according to a memo sent to the city commission by the city’s attorney. For each $158 ticket issued to drivers caught on camera running a red light, the city receives $75 if the driver pays.
However, when you take into the account the what it costs to run the program; legal fees, city employee time and payments to American Traffic Solutions which operates the camera program, the city ended up in the red. During the six month period the program cost the city just over $83-thousand to run, according to The Sun Sentinel.
Pembroke Pines assistant city attorney Mike Cirrullo said legal fees alone cost the city more than $33-thousand since Broward County requires them to supply legal council. However, that changed in February 1st when the cases were move to traffic court.
During Wednesday’s commission meeting, some of the commissioners said since ATS was responsible for collecting the money, they should help defray the city’s legal costs. Other commissioners said the city should reconsider installing an additional 21 cameras or move the current cameras to intersections where there may be more violations. Another ideas was to reconsider their contract with ATAS. All of these ideas will be discussed when they meet in April.
Pembroke Pines is not the only city let down by the cameras revenue generating potential.
When the Ft. Lauderdale installed their cameras they had expected to collect nearly $3 million in fines per year by ticketing 250 drivers a day. The reality was much different. Since the start of the program, they’ve only ticketed about 15 drivers a day, making only about half a million in revenue.
In approving the cameras, the city commission had counted on the additional revenue to avoid a tax increase or employee layoffs. Now their asking for regular updates to see if they will have to adjust their spending.

how is it possible that Tony Crapp allows a subordinate to act in the manner that the chief of Police acts? This is the most embarrassed I have ever been to be associated with this organization. By the way I was a rookie cop during the river cops scandal. The fish was not rotting from the head then like it is now. I have less than a year left on the job, December can't get here soon enough, Regalado's next choice will be more of the same.
I guess that all the reporters for the Miami Herald are to busy reporting on Haiti and Cuba as usual to report on anything that effects each and every citizen who resides in the city. As anon: 16 feb 20:06 said the Herald has 100 million reasons why they keep protecting our mayor. Does any of this really matter since it appears that the city could be bankrupt before the end of the year, since the cash reserves are less than 10 million dollars today from a high 140 million years ago.
EXTRA EXTRA.....READ ALL ABOUT IT IN THE MIAMI HERALD!
ILLEGAL TRANSFER OF RESTRICTED STORMWATER FUNDS UNDER MAYOR REGALADO'S WATCH!
THE HERALD REPORTS THE AUDIT CONDUCTED BY THE CITY'S AUDITOR, BUT YET DOES NOT FOLLOW IT UP WITH ANY QUESTIONS TO THOSE INVOLVED, EXCEPT THE MAYOR.
CHUCKY,
WHY DIDN'T YOU SPEAK WITH THE CITY MANAGER TONY CRAPP, JR ABOUT THE ILLEGAL TRANSFER?
THE TRANSFERS HAPPEN AGAIN EVEN AFTER THE SEC COMMENCED THEIR INVESTIGATION. HOW DID THIS HAPPEN AND WHY? WHY THE ARROGANCE AND COCKINESS?
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER LARRY SPRING AND FINANCE DIRECTOR DIANA GOMEZ REMAINS WITH THE ORGANIZATION?
WHERE WAS THE MAYOR AND THEN INCOMPETENT CITY MANAGER CARLOS MIGOYA WHEN THIS HAPPENED?
MAYOR REGALADO, YOU STATED THAT THE BUDGET IS CORRECT NOW, BUT SAID THAT 7 MONTHS AGO AND NOW THIS. YOU DON'T HAVE CLEAN HANDS ANY MORE. ARE YOU GOING TO NOW CLAIM THAT YOU WERE SET-UP?
IT APPEARS THAT MIRTHA DZEIDZIC WAS DEFENDING THE ILLEGAL TRANSFERS? IS IT BECAUSE SHE WAS INVOLVED IN THE TRANSFERS HERSELF? IS THIS WHY JENIFFER RAMIREZ IS NO LONGER WITH THE BUDGET DEPARTMENT? WHY IS JENIFFER RAMIREZ WORKING FOR LARRY SPRING AS AN ASSISTANT? WHAT HAPPEN TO YOUR USELESS, BUT EVER SO ACTIVE (SEXUALLY THAT IS WITH DIANNA GOMEZ) ASSISTANT BASILE BIN?
More illegal transfers?
More illegal accounting to hide the City's massive deficits?
How does disgraced CFO Larry Spring stay employed?
Is the City losing $800,000 per week?
Is new City Manager Tony Crapp doing anything to fire the deadwood incompetent employees?
Tony know how much the City's losing?
