Twice last week, the Spanish language "El Nuevo Herald" published articles detailing an ongoing feud between Mayor Regalado and Former Mayor Joe Carollo.
The feud started when Former Mayor Carollo appeared on the Channel 41 TV program of record "A Mano Limpia" and accused Mayor Regalado of accepting money and bribes from organized crime elements that want to introduce gambling machines into the city.
We reported on these allegations last month, but now Former Mayor Carollo has come out in public to make the accusations.
El Nuevo Herald reports both that Mayor Carollo accuses Regalado of corruption and Regalado denies the accusations.

If the Herald reports how the criminal Mayor Corruptalado is being portrayed by former Mayor Joe Carollo, then Mr. Propraganda himself, Mayor Corruptalado, will unveil how the Miami Herald has been involved on the 50' high Billboard scheme.
El Nuevo Herald tried to reach the Mayor but they were told he goes to sleep by 8:30 PM.

It is only a news story when Regalado accuses Manny Diaz of wrong-doing.
The Miami Herald will not publish a single negative story on Mayor Tomas Regalado as long as there exists even a remote possibility that the LED billboard deal will go through.

Investigators want to know about the bribes and "campaign contributions" paid by Mark Siffin for the proposed 50 story LED billboards. Money paid to Armando Gutierrez and Rosario Kennedy to buy votes and approval from weak City staff and low IQ City commissioners. Why did City staff cave in? Regaldo pressure them?

Frank Carollo needs to be more aggressive if he wants to get the City Administration to reduce expenses and reduce corruption. A few sound bites does not a reformer make.

Carollo was told that he would be safe to vote no, taking over Regalado's past position...the lone no. He knew that the item would pass. He has done this in the past and will continue to do so. This is part of the game. Wake up!
