Folks the FEDS are arranging the arrest of Larry Spring and Diana Gomez. A press conference will not be held at the MRC, because Mayor Regalado and Commissioner Sarnoff will also be arrested. Larry Spring showed the SEC written evidence that both Mayor Regalado( when he was a Commissioner) and Commissioner Sarnoff knew about the illiegal transfers and covered it up. They will be arrested shortly after Gomez's and Spring's arrest.

Spence-Jones is another criminal from Liberty City. She extorted money from Codina and from his client. She was smart enough to request that the $25,000 payments not be written to her personally. Then she sat on the checks.

SEC charges South Florida defense contractor, 3 ex-directors

Federal regulators have charged a U.S. defense contractor based in Pompano Beach, and three of its former board members with accounting fraud, saying the company overstated earnings to investors.
The Securities and Exchange Commission says DHB Industries settled the civil charges without receiving any penalty. The company, which makes bullet-proof vests, agreed not to repeat the violations.
The company changed its name to Point Blank Solutions in 2007 and is operating while in bankruptcy proceedings.
Charges against former directors Jerome Krantz, Cary Chasin and Gary Nadelman are pending. The SEC said the board members allowed senior managers to overstate income and other data in financial reports from 2003 to 2005.
Former DHB Industries CEO David Brooks was convicted of criminal charges including securities fraud and conspiracy in September.

Herald puts Spence-Jones trial on front page March 1st. Herald describes Spence-Jones's scheme to extort $25,000 as fee to buy her vote. Still to come is the trial to steer $50,000 in grant money to her now evicted family start-up. The start-up failed leaving unpaid bills. Apparently no Spence-Jones relative had any business experience. But they sure loved the $50,000 from the taxpayers.

You should care who pays the bills for Michelle Spence-Jones because that same person might have paid her for a vote when she was an elected official. Or that same person might be buying her vote if she gets off and is returned to a voting position.
